1. Tuition is due at the first of the month. Tuition may be excepted by check, cash or now our automatic debit. If payment is not received by the 10^th of the month there will be a $10.00 late fee applied to your account. Any returned checks will also be charged a $25.00 returned check fee.

2. Attendance is very important for dance class. There will be no pro-rating for ANY classes. You or your child can make up any missed classes within the same month of a missed class.

3. If you are injured or sick Caryl’s Studio would still like you to attend class to watch and to take notes. This helps you or the student not fall behind and stay caught up with class.

4.There will be recital fee. Recital fee includes help with rental of the facility, lighting technician, sound technician, extra help backstage, props/equipment, and recital programs etc. There is a lot that goes into the making of a recital and we need everyone’s help to make it great.

5.There will be a costume fee. The costume fee pays for you or your child’s costume as well as shipping and handling. They are custom ordered to fit you or your child and takes at least 3 months to get shipped. Costume fees can be added to your monthly bill if you can’t pay a lump sum.

6.Black Leotard and pink tights with hair in a bun is required for all ballet classes. No Exceptions!!!! If proper attire is not worn to class the teacher has the option to not let you or your child participate.

7. A Leotard and either shorts or pants are required for all other dance classes. Hair must be pulled back off of the face. Please no skirts in class please!!

8.Any boys taking our Boys Hip Hop please where basketball shorts with gym sneakers. Any type of jean shorts or pants are prohibited.

9. Respect and participation is a must in any of our performing arts classes. Any type of misconduct and/or disrespect of the teacher can result in the removal of class. Constant misconduct can be very distracting to the other students and will not be tolerated.

10. Anyone enrolled in either modern or lyrical must be enrolled in ballet as well. You must be barefoot unless told otherwise by the instructor.

11. Check with the instructor on what proper shoes to get for each class. We have two stores you can go to in the area for convenience and websites that you can visit online to purchase.
